General Description
The Adjustable Angle Choke Valve is a critical component used in oil and gas wellhead assemblies (Christmas trees) and kill/choke manifolds. Its primary function is to regulate and control the flow rate and pressure of produced fluids (oil, gas, and water) from the well . By manually turning the handwheel, the stem advances or retracts a tapered needle or plug relative to a seat, precisely varying the flow area. This model features a robust angle body design (90°) which inherently provides erosion resistance by directing flow away from the sealing surfaces .
