TECHNICAL DATA SHEET

PRODUCT: Bellow Seal Globe Valve
MODEL / REFERENCE: DN50-PN25 F316L
TYPE: Bolted Bonnet, Outside Screw & Yoke (OS&Y), Bellow Sealed

1.0 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & APPLICATION
A bellow seal globe valve designed for reliable isolation in applications requiring zero external leakage of hazardous, toxic, expensive, or environmentally sensitive fluids. The hermetically sealed bellow assembly protects the stem sealing area, eliminating fugitive emissions and ensuring long-term stem seal integrity. The F316L body material provides excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of chemical and high-purity services. Suitable for chemical processing, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, LNG, and refining industries.

2.0 DESIGN & STANDARDS

  • Design: Globe, Angle, or Oblique Pattern (as specified)
  • Connection Ends: RF Raised Face Flange per ASME B16.5
  • Face-to-Face: ASME B16.10
  • Flange Dimensions: ASME B16.5
  • Fire Safe Design: API 607 / API 6FA (if applicable)
  • Fugitive Emissions: Compliant with TA-Luft, ISO 15848-1 (specify class), or SHELL MESC SPE 77/312 (as specified)
